Traffic on 66th St N. Backing up

Q. Please describe the concern.
A. It seems the traffic lights between 84th Ave N and 70th Ave N. on 66th St are not working properly. Traffic is so backed up at 5 o'clock that cars are blocking intersections traffic even though north and south traffic has a green light. In other words vehicles can't proceed even though they have a green light. I was told this road is monitored electronically, if so ITS NOT WORKING!!!!
