Vehicle is in a neighborhood decal required parking bay m-f 8a-4p. No decal is displayed. tags are expired as of 1-2019. I called communications last week and the vehicle has not been reported stolen or missing. I has been issued citations for signs prohibit and for being left on the street over 72 hours. If possible maybe a PST or Codes can contact the registered owner? Parking can not take any further action outside of continuing to issue citations. Until three or the citations are over 30 days old.

On February 14, 2019, Code Enforcement Officer McMillan placed a 10-day tow notice on the vehicle. If the vehicle has not moved by February 25, 2019, then it can be towed.
