Description

Blue Acura with out of state plates has been parked in front of 3 Thatcher Court for several weeks. Tickets have been left on the windshield but disappear. Someone must have keys because it moves a few feet up and down the right side of the street every couple of days. It's parked on half the sidewalk and half the street. Very hard for cars to get by. It is illegally parked. Clearly tickets aren't stopped whoever owns the car from parking there. Please send tow.
