Description

water from South Winooski St. gushes down sidewalk in front of 41 Spruce St. New street drain needs to be installed where it can catch all this water. In winter, this water then freezes and makes the sidewalk impassible, in summer it causes bad erosion. Drain needs to be placed near sidewalk to catch this water. Water also comes from South Winooski street onto sidewalk along S. Winooski and then down Spruce St. sidewalk. (Existing drain doesn't catch any of this water - it is misplaced)
