Description

815 59th Ave NE. The house has had a dumpster in the front yard since May 2011. The dumpster is now full of building material and other rubbish for a few months. I have seen rodents in and around the dumpster at night and it adds to the mosquito population after a rain. The house has been under construction since 2011.
