Description

(submitted via email) "Along the north seawall of the marina across from the Vinoy 501 5th Ave NE. Sidewalk drains towards seawall but cannot escape. Causes standing water which blocks sidewalk access. Very busy section of sidewalk in downtown park area. See photo."
