Description
I have gone into ACI's office. I emailed them 4 times, left 3 messages on their voicemail and spoke to someone 4 times to ask them to replace our broken garbage can. They keep making excuses - sizes aren't in stock - they're back-ordered, driver "should be" on his way etc. I have said each time that I don't care what size they have now but I need one that is functioning. What do I do?

They do have stock issues from time to time, but not usually longer than a week or two. If you are still having this issue with ACI, please call me directly at 510-747-7959. Thank you.
