Is there anything that can be done about the Hillmar Apartments? There are people fighting in the middle of the night there and it has been going on for a while. I know the police have been out there but is there anyway that the owner can be sighted for it? If the owner is not aware of the situation how can they sight the tenant with a violation or eviction?

We will notify our zone officers assigned to the area to provide additional patrols in the complex. In the addition, we have a Community Redevelopment Unit officer assigned to that area. We will ask that he monitors the area as well.
At quick glance, a check in our Records system doesn't show a high call volume at that location. If you see or hear a disturbance or other issue, please call us at 369-7864 and we will dispatch officers to the location as quickly as possible.
