Description
32 hours after rain stopped and a quarter of the intersection of Harbor Drive South and Maxwell is still flooded. Flow to drains across the intersection was cut off during Spring 2018 resurfacing on Maxwell. Water has nowhere to go.

Good Morning To All
Appreciate the contact.
Please note that the SW corner of Maxwell Place has historically held water and several years ago the City installed a field sock drain to help alleviate the standing water. When the ground water level is high due to the extreme rains it takes a while to percolate.
Currently, the City is obtaining engineering designs and costs estimates for installing a catch basin inlet and piping system that will convey water to the catch basin inlet to the East of the Maxwell intersection.
Thank you.
