Description

This is the Grand Canyon of St Pete . There is heavy water flow down this entire alley. It it is full of buckling up asphalt and big potholes and a big hole where prior utility work was done . The city has to come every year but has only done quick fixes. Please !

A. The alley at 14th Ave., North between 8th St., North and Highland.

A. asphalt, gravel/dirt
Q. Is this another roadway surface issue, like raised or slipping asphalt?
A. yes
Q. If yes, please describe the surface issue:
A. The top of the alley is broken up buckling asphalt creating potholes. The bottom of the alley has a loose gravel mud hole.
