Description

There's a local distributor of Pepperidge Farm cookies and snacks who decided to use my condo dumpster as his personal Dumping Ground for expired products. I know for a fact this man drives a large pickup truck with a large trailer attached and more than likely Services Publix Supermarkets as well as others markets in the surrounding Pinellas County area. I have seen him at my condo complex in the past I have not thought twice about it. I was always under the assumption that he lived there. I don't believe he lives here.
