Description

TRASH CANS continuously are left at the curb over and over and over again. Rodents and homeless going through them UNSAFE. Please tell these slumlords things are changing and this will not be acceptable ANY LONGER! I'm not sure WHY I have the pleasure of always reaching out to you. Your code compliance officer can literally ride up and down 13th Ave. South from 4th St South and fine them every day. Over feeling unsafe taking my dogs for a walk to run into a raccoon/rat or a homeless person digging in the trash. PLEASE AGAIN fix it and as always I appreciated it.
