  Sign is still there. Between the school and the daycare, across the street

  It can take a week or even a bit longer to open the file and get it to the the inspector.The inspector would then research and attempt to send a notice to the violator (company on the sign).The notice gives the violator a deadline to remove the illegal sign.If they fail to comply a citation is issued.This is not a quick process.
