Description

I would like to report someone illegally saving public parking spot on street for themselves for over 3 weeks now, when they leave for any reason they take 2 construction sign and they put it in the same spot (on the street) as it shows in the picture, to save it. The person doing this is the owner of a black Toyota Camry with the paper dealer license plate they have when buying a new car.
