We will forward your request for further review - The issue may not be the sidewalk but the grass may be trapping the water - If the sidewalk meets the proper grade and the sidewalk is not a tripping hazard the Department may not do any repairs at this location. While you are at it, please look the same issue on other side of community in front of 146 50TH AVE N. I've reported the same issue in the past, but nothing was done. The sidewalk grade is not level and the rain creates a lake every time.

The tree removal on the parking strip made the ground and sidewalk sink. It is not level with adjacent sidewalk on either side, right in front of our gate. Of course it is dry today, but when it starts raining it will be a lake 3-4" deep. Water finds the right level ground.
It just fills in the dip!
