Description

The intersection of Battery and Pearl is a mess. I was recently involved in an accident 01/08/19 due to ill planning of this roadway. Going northbound along Battery, the right line immediately turns into a 'right turn only' lane. More signage or larger signs need to be added or displayed well in advance of this intersection to warn drivers that are not familiar with this road. The accident involved a driver that continued going northbound in this right turning lane, realized her mistake too late and cut off vehicles, including me, in the intersection to continue onto Battery Street, northbound.
