I have complained about this property as well. It is clearly a hazard. Not sure why the owners are getting such a lengthy timeline to bring this property up to code. I understand it has changed owners , but come on. I was told it was being cleared a year ago at least.

Oh and if the appearance isn't bad enough, it also has an unpleasant odor as a bonus.

Due to the property changing ownership the permitting process has to start over. Code Enforcement is working with the new property owner to come up with a rectifiable plan to have the work completed.

Yesterday the dumpster was gone but the partially destroyed building remains. Just wanted to provide an update.

Demo is underway.
