Quite a few years ago HoCo re-paved the road at Kathleen Court, Although this repaving was never graded correctly the problem has gotten significantly worse over the course of the past 2 years. This repaving was done in a manner whereby during precipitation all water settles directly in front of my home at 10928 Kathleen Court. The combination of normal runoff down Kathleen Court combined with sump pump drainage has resulted in a problem that has gotten progressively worse, please inspect
