Description

The door to the stairwell on the first floor of the parking garage, nearest to South Broad Street, is difficult to open, creating a public safety issue.

Additionally, the general condition of the stairwell does not reflect well on the city, as it is very unclean and full of debris (as is that garage as a whole).
