Description

Front steps are broken up, but residents who require access to the first floor as some are disabled are being told to go down steps, through the alley way and to climb steps that are both steeper, but are metal and slippery with a hand rail that needs to be repaired as well.

Residents have also been told a new railing on deconstructed steps will not be done, leaving that to be a safety hazard as well.
