The City of Oakland addressed this issue on 01/25/2019, service request #866634.

This has *not* been resolved. The recycling bin was removed, but the pile of garbage is still there. In fact, there are multiple piles of garbage, as well as a dumped Xmas tree, along the side of Hegenberger Rd, btwn Hawley and Hamilton, on the south side of Hegenberger.

There is also a new pile of garbage, including used car fluid containers, on the opposite side of Hegenberger, btwn International and Hamiltion. And, there is now a compost bin full of lumber, on the North side of Hegenberger Rd, btwn Hamilton and Coliseum BART. Constant dumping in this area.

The recycling bin is back, the garbage has not been picked up, and now there is even more trash in the street. Please drive up 75th Ave from San Leandro St, then make a left onto Hegenberger Rd. There are piles of trash on your left and on your right as you merge onto Hegenberger. Continue driving up Hegenberger. There are more piles of trash on your right, as well as a Xmas tree. You could then make a U-Turn on Hegenberger, and notice the piles of dumped materials on the opposite side of Hegenberger, including a pallet full of used car fluids, and an overturned bin filled with lumber. You could then go back to 75th Ave at San Leandro St, and drive straight up 75th Ave slowly. You will see piles of trash and multiple mattresses, on both sides of 75th Ave, for several blocks. We keep reporting these issues; they are either not being addressed, or being addressed very minimally, leaving most of the trash in place. I cannot believe we would experience this in the hills.
