Description
Please address the timing of the traffic lights on South 7th (in both directions) now that the city has removed the right turn lanes. The traffic used to flow much better before these two right lanes were removed. Please address timing of traffic lights especially during Pioneer and Lawton drop off times. It isn't unusual to sit through 2-3 light cycles before traffic can clear intersection.
