Description

Large ice formation forming on street in front of 40 Elliot Trail. Storm drain frozen over. Ice now traveling down hill. Needs treatment. Hazard for cars and school buses going down hill. Cyrrently about 100 ft long and in some places about 8 feet out into the middle of Elliot Trail.
