This house consistently has cars parked in the right of way. 10 bedrooms with a tiny rock parking pad obviously isn’t sufficient parking. Additionally they have garbage cans parked right on the sidewalk. The entire property is a blight on the neighborhood there’s trash, kegs, coolers, etc.. left laying all over. The landlord should be made to keep his cash cow up to the same standard as other residents. It’s disgusting.
