Description

The new Lennar development "Foxhaven" is directly behind my property and during last weeks heavy rains, for the first time in over 28 yrs. I had water in my basement. The new lot abutting their detention pond is sloped severely towards my home and visually, that lot was majorly flooded while their detention pond was all but dry. I believe these things to be related and would appreciate someone from the city checking this out. Again, we NEVER had water in the basement at 630 Peace Creek Trace in all the years (28+) we've lived here. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter (before the next heavy rain)
