Description
This is my 3rd complaint and a continued problem. There are 2 large garbage bins for an apartment complex in the alley. These bins are located on “my side” of the alley. Therefore, large items such as wood, mattresses, doors, and recliners have been placed up against my property fence and gate. I am unable to open my gate and the fence is showing signs of damage. The bin lids are often left open and garbage has appeared in my yard several times. It smells and is attracting rodents.
Please move the bins to the “apartment side” of the alley to prevent damage to my fence, provide access to my property, and alleviate garbage in my yard.
Also, remove the mattresses and other large items and inform the apartment tenants and owner of the appropriate city codes as the problem is worsening.

Information regarding large item pickup was left on the doors of each apartment unit.
Letters were mailed to the owner of the apartments & nearby home.
The containers are located on city property with one container behind this address and one container behind the neighbors address. Container location to remain.

I would greatly appreciate the eastern bin being relocated further East or across the alley as this is the bin that seems to have large heavy items regularly placed against my fence causing damage to it.
