Description
I'm a citizen in Chapel Hill. I'm emailing regarding the traffic light between East Main St and S Merritt Mill Rd, an oftentimes very busy intersection. I believe the traffic light needs a green arrow for those waiting on S Merritt Mill Rd and hoping to turn left. Without a green arrow, S Merritt Mill Rd has a long line of cars waiting to turn left but are stuck for (what can be) 20 minutes because there are too many cars from East Main driving straight. I also sometimes see cars stuck waiting over the train tracks.
