Description

Inside of property has many code violations, such as electrical, black mold, lead paint, no sound barrier as required by building code for upper level flooring as well as for noise barrier for bar music and live bands. there is no security bars on bathroom or room window for safety of quest closet to unsecure alley and bar patios.
