Honestly, it is not my responsibility to engage and then be ignored by the very people that are blatantly disregarding the law and intentionally putting others at risk. This needs City Hall attention and I urge you to escalate.

This has been an ongoing problem. I was informed that you can contact the Postmaster General the number to file a complaint is 1-800-275-8777 I will continue to send Supervisors to address the issue and issue summons. As stated previously the East District Commander was made aware of this issue as well.
