This was not repaired. Please do not close this ticket. Please take a look at the photos I submitted yesterday. They made the situation worse and did not even fix it correctly.

Yesterday evening I reopened this ticket as it was not fix correctly or to any standard. I also submitted photos of the horrible job. It appears it was deleted. I will resubmit the photos after work.

I am asking a supervisor to actually go out and look at this horrible attempt at fixing the issue, which has now made the issue worse and the driveway unusable. There is a 4 inch drop (deeper than the curb) into the driveway. Please come back and fix it correctly or tell me who I have to contact to get it fixed.

This is not fixed, please do not close this ticket.

Another day has gone by and this hasn't been fixed. We haven't been contacted by anyone from the city and our driveway is still unusable. No one has given us a timeline of when it will be fixed.

Yet another day and it still isnt fixed, the city hasn't contacted us and the driveway is unusable.

At what point do I have to just fix it myself?

Per evaluation by Pavement Maintenance, this issue with the driveway apron is a private property issue and the property owner is responsible to have the apron raised to meet the road level.

Can someone from the city please contact us? This issue is not fixed and in fact worse now that you incorrectly laid down asphalt. I've reached out to the mayor's action line, I've sent messages here, and the code compliance office. Ive also called and left multiple messages. I would like a straight answer from someone in charge who knows what they are talking about. Who do I have to contact next the local news? The city has fixed every other neighbor's street/driveway issue except for ours. Now all of the sudden this is an issue to do it correctly? We have not been able to use our driveway for 7 days and counting. It really feels like someone is covering for the people/crew/supervisor who did the bad job originally... no quality control? I was willing to look past the grass they killed while doing the project, if it was done correctly... not it is a total mess!

We look forward to hearing from someone.

Also, when did this supposedly take place? We have a camera up on our driveway and no one came out to check this issue.

If this were the case, why has the city fixed all of the other street/driveways for the neighbors when they have asked for it.
