Description

The owners of 33 Magnolia Avenue (Zemlyansky) have two small dogs that are off leash constantly and travel around the neighborhood defecating and urinating in other neighbors yards on a daily basis. They are never accompanied by the owner, nor does the owner go clean up the mess afterwards.

There have been numerous incidents of the dogs running across the street through traffic causing cars to stop short to not run them over.

The owners do nothing to control these animals. They can be aggressive to other dogs and will run to attack them.

With a neighborhood filled with small children, fellow neighbors are always on edge when leaving/arriving to their houses that the dogs will come out of nowhere and be aggressive towards them.
