Description

Abandoned black VW in a no parking anytime zone (travel lane). Has been ticketed multiple times and Parking Enforcement says it needs to go to Abandoned Vehicles at this point to be towed. It appears to be abandoned or stolen and has been hit several times. Please move it or refer to OPD for towing!
