Description

Portillo’s, corner of Clark and Ontario. Receiving deliveries at 3:15am. Daily violation of 7am-10pm deliveries ordinance. This is a pic of the recent semi truck, spent several minutes in back up alarm mode.. semi trucks sitting around this neighborhood, all night long engines running and deliveries being made.
