Description

FALSE CLOSURE #3 - Service request #859804 (originally #858790) was falsely closed twice, the 2nd time being on 12/16/2018, followed by premature archiving. Nothing was cleaned up. See attached 12/24/2018 photo and compare to photo in Service request #859804.
