Today while putting out my recycling, I had to jump back out of the way as a driver crossed over the double yellow line to pass another driver at high speed. The speed people drive coming up from the bridge or down towards it is incredible. Minimally, active signs showing drivers’ speeds should be posted but I fear nothing short of speed bumps will reduce speeds of 695 drivers taking this as a back road. It’s very dangerous and an accident waiting to happen. Try visiting during bus pick up times in the morning. Thank you for your consideration on this matter!

I see it almost every day on this road. Just this morning a speeder tired to pass 3 cars on the wrong side of the road. The road is winding and there is no shoulder but somehow they avoided head-on collision. However, the speeder had to merge back onto his side of the road and almost caused an accident. Why wait for a catastrophe? Please put in traffic calming to reduce commuters from using this as their speedway.
