There has been an excessive amount of dumping from people not living in this neighborhood in this alley in the past month.

A. The dumping has been getting worse over the past month escalating from trash to tires to large pieces of furniture. Usually the dumpers block the alley but the neighbors have been moving it out of the way for traffic to pass through. The items being dumped are kippur coming from any of the people living adjacent to this alley.
