On waverly street. A cut as they call it becau Overgrown trees people go in there to do drugs have sex and homeless go in there to sleep. Police called several times nothing done. The city use yo keep it clean and trimmed now they just dont care. Anybody at night cam get dragged in there and raped. Help me somebody get this corrected!!!!
