Description

Once again there is trash all over the street. I do not blame DGS for this issue. The tenants of these houses are over filling and using improper receptacles for their trash. Ex: Recyclables do not go in a plastic clear bag. Animals and vagrants get to the trash and go through it for food and tin can recycling
