Q. If a parking issue, what is the problem?
A. Today I witnessed a woman driving a silver Toyota Corolla S pulling out of a parallel parking spot on the north side of 9th Street. While she was backing up she ran into the car behind her, a Chevy SUV. The impact was loud enough for me to hear over my music on my headphones. The woman driver did not get out of there car to survey the car behind her to see if she had caused any damage which was irresponsible, even if no damage was caused (which I do not know). If someone hit my car I would want to know. Photos of the two cars involved were taken.
