Description

Debris near walk and road. There is a bread bag with what looks to be bread in it that has been sitting there for over a week. Next to the telephone pole there is a board leaning up against it. On the sidewalk side of the pole there is a rotting pumpkin with what appears to be a doggie bag tucked inside of it which has been there for about a month and a half. This is an ongoing issue every so often. It has been better than it was last year. It seems that since the landlord is local he could take better care of this property.
