47 Prospect just poured a new concrete sidewalk in front of their house removing a planter which was required when they built this house a few years ago. They are now using the full width of the house as a carport. Planter should be reinstalled. Also the sidewalk was poured too high creating a tripping hazzard at neighboring houses
