Description

397 Woodlawn Avenue looks like a war zone and is making our block look like a ghetto!! Someone apparently dumped industrial air conditioner covers (big plastic ones) in front of 397 Woodlawn Avenue and then someone moved them to 399 Woodlawn Avenue. IT'S A DISGRACE THEY WAY PEOPLE ARE DOING RENOVATIONS/DEMOLITION on PROPERTY. THE CITY NEEDS TO ENFORCE THE WAY CONTRACTORS DO DEMOLITION WORK. THERE SHOULD BE BLACK NETTING OR SOME SORT OF NETTING COVERING THE MESSED UP HOUSE (397 WOODLAWN AVENUE). WHY IS THIS NOT ENFORCED AND WHY DO WE HAVE TO LIVE THIS WAY. IN OTHER PARTS OF JC, I SEE DEMOLITION JOBS BEING DONE AND I DO NOT SEE THE MESS BECAUSE THE HOMES ARE COVERED WITH NETTING. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP US..
