Description

Cars are routinely parked across sidewalk in front of garage on 13th St, blocking pedestrian traffic. Also, new work done on sidewalk/garage apron lacks detectable warning strip at alley and curb between sidewalk and alley is a tripping hazard.

We have forwarded this complaint about the apron/curb/sidewalk at 1240 15th Ave N to the Community Services Department so that they may investigate and take any necessary action. Reports of illegally parked vehicles blocking the sidewalk should be directed to the PD at 727-893-7780 while the offense is occurring. Sincerely, Mayor's Action Center

Update from Codes: inspected property and did not see any issue or trip hazard along sidewalk, apron/driveway, or alley. There was a permit pulled
for the install of the driveway with an approved inspection. No violation found at this property.
