I read about major repaving is planned in the future for upper Castle St between Oak And Brook St, due to grooved pavement caused by the brick underneath. Isn't there something temporary the city can do to smooth out the 'washboard effect' on everyone's cars until then? Its gotten so drivers tend to veer around the bad spots, or take an alternate route to avoid that area.
