Description

The approved site plan for 303 Central Avenue NE (Manual Arts Building at historic Albuquerque High) requires grass in the strip located inside the courtyard gates. The Historic Campus Association keeps their landscape in excellent condition. The Owner of Manual Arts is not watering his strip, and it's bare. We reported this last year. It was fixed for a while but once again there's a violation. Photo from 10/18/18 is attached. I also have one from 12/8/18.
