This flooded roadway has apparently getting worse - the corn field is also flooded more (attracting ducks )- due to the runoff from the pavement & hill along the wooded tract. The older stone fill has either blocked the Folly Quarter Rd pipe or there is no pipe under the road intact. Is this an issue bwt SHA and the county ?
