Q. Please describe the traffic issue (i.e., speeding, traffic lights, etc.)
A. At the stoplight on Harvard Street at the intersection of Mystic Avenue, you have two parallel lines of traffic vying for one lane as they cross Mystic Avenue onto Route 16. There IS a "left lane must turn left" sign, BUT almost all drivers ignore it but because (a) no one in the left lane looks at the sign on the right hand of the sidewalk (b) there are two stoplights and the leftmost one does not have a left turn arrow for its green signal (thus making both lanes think they can continue straight), and (c) there is no left arrow painted on the left lane of the street.
