Description
The dumpsters at the Seneca street apartments are overflowing and the large one (not Casella) has not been dumped since Fejer garbage left Geneva. This area is continually filled with garage, old furniture etc and smells and is unattractive.

Seneca Street Apartments complex is on Pulteney Street (entrance to complex on left as heading south on pulteney)
Complex is right behind Trinity church on South Main Street.
It’s a constant problem here. Renters need to be educated on what is recyclable and how to throw garbage in the bins! It’s always a mess!!!

A few residents have said owner could care less as she plans to sell property. Can’t imagine by the looks of it.

Instructions in Spanish need to be placed on ALL trash & recycle receptacles AND education of residents must take place. We residents have witnessed disintegration of this property since the new owner took it over. Trash is a HUGE problem, building maintenance and landscaping are barely done.
It’s disgusting to see how this property has deteriorated.
