Same issue today during rush hour. Sat at the light from 515 to 523 waiting through 3 cycles before the left arrow finally lit up.

I reported this on November 6th and was told nothing was wrong. I sat through another 6 cycles on Saturday, so frustrating. Please check the sensor, it is clearly broken. Thank you and sorry to vent.
