  This issue is NOT a duplicate of issue 7212725. Issue 7212725 as reported is in front of Kerry's Kwik Stop on the western side of St. Paul St. Issue 5163569, open without any DPW update for over 62 weeks, is located in front of Decker Towers on the east side. Please reopen issue 7212725. Thanks!

  7212725 is NOT a duplicate 5163569. 5163569 is on the other side of Saint Paul St. from 7212725. Archiving my request as a duplicate just because they're close is a careless mistake. Please reactivate my issue. Thanks, BC @ Decker.

  DPW Pine Customer Service, who decided that issue 7212725 is a duplicate of issue 5163569 ? Please have them respond to the fact that these two issues are on opposite sides of Saint Paul St. Issue 7212725 was brought to your attention over 3 years ago. This is a SAFETY issue - what's taking so long ? Thanks for not ignoring this issue any longer, BC @ Decker

  You are receiving this message because you have previously (or perhaps just now) submitted a request on SeeClickFix. We're excited to let you know that we are now implementing a comprehensive asset management program which is a mostly "behind the scenes" effort. This will enable more efficient, more effective and more fiscally sound infrastructure management. Nothing changes for you and we'll continue to use SeeClickFix, but we have had to automate a process to connect our open SCF requests with our asset management program. There may be the occasional bug to work out, but rest assured that your issue is still in queue and assigned to the right City staffer. Once this initial round of automation is through in about a week, we'll revert back to our standard messages on SeeClickFix.
